I'm deeply disappointed with my recent experience using Interakt API by Haptik. I purchased the API to introduce my business to potential clients, but after recharging my wallet and launching a campaign, my number got blocked. Despite reaching out for support, I initially received no help. Their solution was for me to get a new number, leaving my campaign ineffective and my money stuck. I've been trying to reach them via email for two days with no response. This is unacceptable for a paying cust

Was a nice app. But suddenly they changed their basic plan and now can't integrate apis in that basic plan. No intimation whatsoever to the users. Pathetic. Now I'm only sending sms instead of WhatsApp

The app is a hit and a miss. Ensure that messages are shown properly. Many times, I get a notification but when I open the app, message is not there. Also, if there is an update on the app, without showing any pop up, app stops showing new messages. I have installed app on 2 phones with single account, in that case notifications come on both phones. but message opens only on one phone. stability is also an issue. many times message is seen only after restarting the app.
